Warehouse and Factory Co., Ltd. and subsidiaries, has been building high quality Ready-Built (RB) and Built-to-Suit (BTS) warehouses and factories for rent under the brands of DC, DCK, and Dumrongchai. We pride ourselves in providing the best logistics and warehousing solution to suit a wide range of clients, drawing from over 20 years of experience in the industry. We are continuously expanding and developing our project portfolio with 3 more projects due for completion in 2015 and also the launch of our cold storage facility.

Currently, with over 11 project sites to choose from we believe we can cater to every client’s needs. Our project sites are ideally located in the industrial hub of Samutprakarn province Thailand; readily accessible from Bangkok, Suvarnabhumi Airport, Bangkok Klong Toei Port, and many industrial estates such as Bangpoo, Bangplee, Wellgrow, and Asia industrial estates. All of our project sites are handpicked for their accessibility to Thailand’s transportation infrastructure cutting valuable transportation cost to the Eastern Seaboard and other major hubs around the country.
